How to Create Ritual with your Seasonal Box
Step 1: Steep the Bath Soak & Set the Mood
Add around 3-4 tbs of our bath soak into the bath and let it steep for 2-3 minutes for the essential oils to blossom. Set the mood for yourself, get your crystals, light a candle. Take a 10-15 minute soak.
Step 2: Create Cleansing Ritual with the Body Scrub
Create circular motions over the entire skin. Slough off all the dead skin cells, itchy skin, and emerge cleansed. Imagine the water cleansing your pain, grief, and anything you're holding onto. Imagine it all going down the drain.
Step 3: Apply Body Butter & Set Your Intentions
Do not dry fully before applying. Take some of the beaded water and make an emulsion on your skin with the body butter. Take a moment for a deep breath. Move forward with peace and calm.
