Spa Parties & Group Bookings in Chicago & Naperville

Some things are better done together — a birthday where ten eleven-year-olds get their own spa evening, the morning before a wedding, a team that has been through it, or four friends who have not sat down in the same room since spring. We close the shop, the room is yours, and everybody gets taken care of at the same time.

Both shops host parties. Tell us your date, roughly how many people, and what everyone fancies — we will come back with what fits and what it costs.

Little Lena Spa Parties

This is the one we do most, and we are very good at it. The shop closes to the public, the girls get the whole place, and each one chooses their own colours. We handle setup and every bit of the cleanup.

  • Little Lena Manicure — $20 per guest. Filing and a light buff, hand massage and a hot towel, Dazzle Dry polish that dries in five minutes, glitter or up to two colours, and an aura mist to finish.
  • Little Lena Pedicure — $40 per guest. A foot soak and scrub, massage and hot towel, Dazzle Dry polish, glitter or two colours, aura mist.
  • Manicure and pedicure together — $60 per guest. Both, back to back.

Nail art can be added to any of these. Minimum three guests, and the Little Lena menu is for guests twelve and under.

Two add-ons worth knowing about

Both work for any party, grown-ups or children.

The DIY Beauty Station — $25 per person. Everyone blends and bottles their own lip scrub, body scrub or bath soak, and takes it home. Everything on the table is gentle and made by us. It gives a party a second thing to do between services, which is usually exactly what a room of people waiting their turn needs.

Gift bags, sorted for you — $15 per person. The favours are the part hosts forget until the week before. Let us do it: each guest goes home with a Lena Rose gift card for a visit of their own, our best-selling House Line discovery set, a spa headband, a fan brush, and palo santo to start the ritual again at home. It is the party carried out of the door — and one less thing on your list.

Bachelorettes, birthdays and girls’ days out

Same idea, grown-up menu. Most groups mix it — some people in pedicure chairs, some in a facial, everyone finishing at the same time. Half the group in the spa rooms and half at the nail stations, then swap, is the most popular shape for a bridal party.

Nails

  • Classic Lena Manicure — $40
  • Dazzle Dry Manicure — $55
  • Gel Manicure — $65
  • Classic Lena Pedicure — $85
  • Dazzle Dry Pedicure — $95
  • Gel Pedicure — $95

Facials

  • Classic Lena Facial, 35 minutes — $95
  • 60 Minute Custom Facial — $160

Dazzle Dry is the one to pick if you are going somewhere afterwards. It dries in five minutes and will not smudge in the car.

Corporate and team events

A real alternative to another lunch, and the easiest holiday thing you will organise all year.

Short treatments so everyone gets one, in a room that is yours for the afternoon — manicures at the nail stations, 35-minute facials in the spa rooms, or both running at once. Nobody has to make conversation about it afterwards, and nobody goes back to their desk feeling like they attended something.

It also works as a client or staff gift rather than a party: we can arrange gift cards, or the gift bags above, without anyone setting foot in the shop. One invoice, no tipping to work out, and we can hold a date well ahead of December. Holiday dates go first — ask early.

How many people can you take?

It depends far more on what everyone is having than on which shop you pick. Nails move quickly and a group doing manicures can be a big one. Pedicures and longer facials take more time and more room, so those groups are smaller. Mixing the two is usually how a larger group works.

Rather than guess from a table, tell us your number and what you have in mind and we will tell you straight away what fits, at which shop, and on which days. If a date is tight we can bring in extra providers across both shops, so ask before you assume the answer is no.

What it costs

A private party fee of $250 reserves your date and closes the shop to the public for a two-hour window. That covers licensed providers held for your group, setup, and the whole cleanup afterwards.

Services are charged on top, at the normal menu prices above, based on what everyone actually has on the day. Nothing is marked up because it is a party. Add-ons are per person and optional.

There is no tipping. Every provider here is a W-2 employee on a living wage with benefits, so there is no envelope to organise and no percentage to work out at the end. One number, settled once.

The $250 is taken as a deposit to hold the date, and the balance is settled at the end of the event. Longer than two hours is usually possible — ask.

The practical bits

  • You can bring food, drink and cake. Beverages, snacks, a birthday cake — all welcome.
  • Decorations, kept light. Free-standing only, nothing that marks the walls, and everything goes home with you at the end.
  • No confetti or glitter, please. It lives in a spa forever, and the next guest walks into it.
  • Final headcount and service choices a week to ten days before, so the right people are rostered.
  • Changes and cancellations need 72 hours’ notice. Inside that, the $250 stands — by then we have closed the shop and held the team, which means we have turned other bookings away.

Questions

How far ahead should we book?
As far as you can, especially for weekends and anything in December. But ask anyway — we have made short notice work before.

Can you do a weekday evening?
Yes, and that is often the easiest time to close the shop for a group. Most of our parties run late afternoon or early evening.

Someone in our group is pregnant, in treatment, or has sensitivities. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and they will not have to announce it in front of everyone. Our Roses are trained in oncology protocols, trained for chemical sensitivities, and have completed trauma-informed and gender-affirming training. Tell us privately when you book, or have them call, and it will simply be ready.

Can we have the whole place for longer — a half day, or a full buyout?
Yes, for bigger groups and corporate days. Those are quoted individually because they depend on the day and the services. Call and we will talk it through.

Do we have to decide everyone’s services now?
No. Give us a rough shape when you enquire and the final list a week or so before.

Can you do gift cards or gift bags without a party?
Yes. For client gifts, staff thank-yous and holiday giving, call either shop and we will put it together.
