FAQs
There is a minimum 3 month commitment for our memberships. After that, you can cancel at any time. Just give us 30 days notice. After you cancel, you will have 6 months to redeem any unused credits. Easy peasy! For individual appointments, our cancellation policy is 48 hours.
Unlike big box memberships, you will NOT lose your credits if you cancel. However, unused credits will expire after 6 months.
Yes! Credits are transferable to a friend or loved one in need of self-care.
