Open Positions
Spa Manager
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth coordination of services, team members, and business functions. Responsible for leading and supporting staff, managing schedules and workflows, and maintaining operational standards.
Nail Technician
Provide superior nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, no-chip, enhancements (no acrylics), hot stone and a range of other nail spa services.
Customer Service Role
Serves as a welcoming point of contact for guests, helping create a warm and seamless experience from start to finish. Assists with guest inquiries, scheduling, retail support, and day-to-day spa operations while ensuring every interaction reflects Lena Rose's values

Our service pricing is designed with our team in mind, so compensation is built into every service—providing consistent, reliable income without the uncertainty of daily tips. Team members also have opportunities to earn additional compensation through our Rose Rate program, which rewards contributions like retail sales and other performance milestones. And because we're a clean, non-toxic spa, our employees can enjoy a healthier workplace free from harsh chemicals, strong fumes, and unnecessary exposure—allowing them to focus on what they do best while feeling their best, too.
