Why Roses stay
Paid like a professional. Spa Nail Technicians and Holistic Estheticians start at $20/hour and grow with tenure, plus 2–10% commission through our Rose Rate. No tips, ever: steady, predictable pay.
Pay Protection Promise. Your base rate only moves up.
Real training. Written protocols, shadowing, supervised models and sign-off before you take guests on your own.
Benefits. Paid leave and paid sick leave earned from day one. Medical, dental and vision for full-time Roses (40+ hours) after 90 days, with Lena Rose paying 70% of the premium. Four paid professional development days a year and 100% reimbursement of Illinois CE hours. 40% off retail and services.
Two homes. Lincoln Square in Chicago and downtown Naperville.
