Directions: Steep loose leaf blend using an infuser, empty tea bag, French press or directly in water and then strain. Use 1/2 oz. per 8 oz. of water. For tea bags steep one bag for 3-5 minutes with 8oz or more of water. Think wonderful self-love thoughts and enjoy! Pairs well with our Aura Mist for reconnecting with yourself(care).
