Accomodations
For people that want or need silence. We will only talk to them when we need to instruct them to do something. We also have earplugs for clients to use.
For people with wheelchairs that need the ramp set up or the rooms set up a certain way for them. We can also include door measurements.
For people that are sensitive to smells. We can avoid using the diffuser in the rooms and choose scentless products.
Hard of hearing/Deaf: Provide pre-written scripts of what we are doing during the services as well as the checkout process. We can refer clients to online booking as well. Laminated sheet where they can circle what they want
We offer fidget toys for those who need help managing stress or anxiety throughout their appointment
