A rich, rose-scented cleansing balm that turns washing your face into a moment you look forward to. Shea and kokum butters and St. John's wort–infused jojoba oil melt away makeup, sunscreen and the day, then turn into a soft, creamy milk with water and rinse clean, leaving dry skin soft instead of tight.
Who it's for: Dry and very dry skin, anyone who loves a slow evening ritual, and anyone who wants a cleanser that feels like a treatment. It has a small amount of essential oil (under 1%), so very sensitive skin may want to patch test first.
Key ingredients: Rose extract, tonka bean butter and copaiba resin give it a warm, powdery floral scent. Shea and kokum butters soften. St. John's wort, gathered fresh each summer and infused into jojoba oil over two moon cycles, helps dissolve buildup and comfort skin through harsh winter weather. Rice bran oil and a mild emulsifier help it rinse off easily.
Why we carry it: Live Botanical is made by an herbalist in small batches in Portland, Oregon, mostly from plants grown across the Pacific West. We first carried the line in 2018 and are so happy to have it back on our shelves.
How to use
Scoop about a quarter-size amount and massage onto dry skin for a full minute, working down to your neck and breathing in the scent. Splash with warm water and keep massaging until it turns milky, then rinse and wipe away any extra with a damp cloth. Gentle enough for every day.

100 ml / 3.4 oz. A seasonal formula Live Botanical makes only in the cooler months, October through March, while it lasts. Contains beeswax, so it is not vegan. The color ranges from blush to dusty rose depending on how whipped it is. A beautiful gift for anyone who loves a nightly ritual.
