Welcome. Whether you've been meaning to come in for months or found us an hour ago, here's everything you'll want to know before you walk through the door. You don't need a routine, a plan, or any opinion about ingredients. You just need to show up.

- New to facials? The Classic Lena Facial, 35 minutes, is a gentle place to start.
- Carrying it in your shoulders? Our waterless head spa, and you leave with dry hair.
- Curious about sugaring? Start small with brows and see how gentle it is.

Before you come
Tell us what you need, quietly. Pregnant, in treatment, sensitive to scent, or would rather not talk? Put it in your booking notes and it will simply be ready. Our Roses are trained in oncology protocols and for chemical sensitivities, and have completed trauma-informed and gender-affirming training.
A card holds your spot. It isn't charged until after your service. Need to change plans? Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge.
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in. Lincoln Square is at 4645 N. Rockwell St., a short walk from the Rockwell Brown Line. Naperville is at 14 W. Jackson Ave., next to Einstein Bagels, with free street parking out front.
When you arrive
Someone will greet you by name and offer you tea. You'll notice the room smells like flowers, not nail polish. We'll ask what you want out of your time, then listen. If you'd love to chat, we'll chat. If you want an hour where nobody asks you a single question, say so. That counts too.
During your service
Everything we use is chosen with intention for health and safety, and much of it is our own House Line, made by hand in our Naperville lab. Want to know exactly what's going on your skin? Ask, and your Rose will hand you the bottle. Nobody will say a word about the drugstore cleanser or what you had done last time.
Before you leave
No tipping, ever. The price on the menu is the whole price. Every Rose is a W-2 employee on a living wage with paid leave and benefits.
