Lena Rose is a boutique nail spa in the heart of downtown Naperville. Nails, facials and skincare, made by hand, in a room designed to feel like a spa without asking for half your day.
The suburbs give you two options: a quick in-and-out nail salon, or a hotel spa that takes an afternoon and a reservation. We're the third one. An hour, done properly.
On tipping: we don't accept them
We're the first non-tipping salon in the area. Our team earns higher hourly wages and better benefits than this industry usually offers, so no one here depends on tips to make ends meet. You pay the price on the menu. That's it.
It also means our prices are more competitive than they look. Compare our total to a corner salon's price plus a 20% tip and we come out about 5-10% higher, for a fume-free room, products we've vetted ourselves, and providers trained well past what this industry requires.

There is ample free street parking downtown, and you can usually park right out front on Jackson or Chicago Ave. If downtown is busy, the parking deck at Chicago Avenue and Washington Street is a short one-block walk.
