Before you come
There is no tipping here. Every provider is a W-2 employee on a living wage with benefits, so there is no envelope to organise and no percentage to work out at the end. One number, settled once.
Tell us what you need and it will simply be ready. If you are pregnant, in treatment, sensitive to scent, or anything else you would rather not announce at the front desk, say so quietly when you book or call ahead. Our Roses are trained in oncology protocols and for chemical sensitivities, and have completed trauma-informed and gender-affirming training. More on our accommodations page.
