Our Naperville shop sits on Jackson Avenue downtown, next door to Einstein Bagels, with free street parking right out front. Jocelyn runs it, alongside Sophia, Zarnaz and Cindy, and the full facial menu is here — thirty-five minutes to nearly two hours, Wednesday through Sunday.
Every facial starts with your skin and a conversation, not a script. And we don’t take tips: every appointment pays a W-2 living wage, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What we mean by an organic facial
Nobody certifies a facial, so the honest version is to tell you what is on the tray. Every product we use has been through the same vetting as everything on our shelves: an ingredient review, a real trial by our team across skin types and tones, and a preference for small, independently owned makers. In the treatment room that means whole-plant lines like Laurel Skin and Blissoma, alongside our own House Line, which we make by hand. No synthetic fragrance, parabens or formaldehyde.
What it does not mean is a lecture. Bring the drugstore cleanser. Bring the retinol you are not sure about. We will work with what you already have, and if you want to know exactly what went on your skin, ask — your esthetician will hand you the bottle.

We then apply a moisturizing balm with generous massage to stimulate blood flow and circulation. Ages 13+ with parental consent.

Our warming pumpkin peel boosts circulation and brings nutrients to the skins tissues, while the cooling firm collagen gel masque plumps and hydrates the skin. The Rose Reserve Facial - 1hr 50 Minutes
$260Experience our longest treatment for extensive relaxation & rejuvenation. Your experience starts with full body stretching alongside aromatherapy breath work. Followed by facial cleansing, enzymatic exfoliation and a customized treatment mask. To enhance your facial experience we've added Microcurrent Therapy that uses gentle low-voltage currents to stimulate muscles, cell growth and collagen production. It also helps the skin absorb products and nutrients, bringing a refreshed hydrated appearance. Also included in the Rose Reserve facial, is a repairing foot mask, hand & arm massage, decollete massage and scalp massage.

What makes a facial “organic” at Lena Rose?

Which facial should I book?
New to facials, or just keeping things steady? Start with the Classic Lena Facial (35 minutes, $95). Something specific going on — texture, breakouts, dullness, dryness — book the 60 Minute Custom Facial ($160), which opens with a real consultation so the protocol is built around your skin; there is a 90-minute version ($190) if you want more time on it. If plant-based skincare is the whole point for you, the Plant Powered Facial (50 minutes, $135) is the one. And the Rose Reserve (1hr 50 minutes, $260) is our longest — microcurrent, breathwork, and massage from scalp to feet. Still unsure? Book the 60 minute and tell us at the start.
Can I get a facial while pregnant, or if my skin is sensitive?
Tell us before we start and we will build the treatment around it. Our Roses are trained for chemical sensitivities and trained in oncology protocols, so adjusting a protocol is ordinary here, not a special request. Peels are the exception worth naming out loud: not everyone is a candidate, and our estheticians do a thorough consultation before doing one. If you are pregnant, in treatment, or using prescription skincare, check with your care team first, then tell us what they said and we will work inside it. How often should I come in?
Every four to six weeks tracks with how skin actually turns over, and that is what most of our regulars do. Once a season is a real answer too. So is once, because you needed an hour that belonged to you. None of those is the wrong answer.
What happens at my first facial?
A short intake form, then a conversation — what your skin has been doing, what you have been using, what you want out of the hour. Then cleanse, exfoliate, treat, mask, massage, adjusted as we go. Come with makeup on or off; it genuinely does not matter. You will leave with skin that looks like yours on a good day, and nobody will try to sell you a six-step routine on the way out.
Do you take tips?
No. Every Rose here is W-2, with a living wage and benefits that are unusual in this industry and entirely on purpose. People assume natural means expensive; what is actually true is that the price on the menu already covers taking care of the person taking care of you. The number you see is the number you pay.
Where do I park in downtown Naperville?
There is ample free street parking on Jackson Avenue and on Chicago Avenue, plus a parking deck one block away. We are at 14 Jackson Ave, right next door to Einstein Bagels — if you can smell bagels, you are at the right door.
