One of the most intentional choices we’ve made as a business was becoming a non-tipping salon.

What “non-tipping” actually means: At Lena Rose, our pricing is all-inclusive.
The price you see is the price you pay, no tipping required, no calculations at the end of your service, no uncertainty.

While guests are always welcome to tip if it is part of their personal practice, we consistently communicate that gratuity is already built into our pricing structure and our team is already compensated accordingly.

Why we made this choice: The traditional salon model often relies heavily on tips to determine a large portion of an employee’s income. While tipping can be a generous gesture, it can also create inconsistency, unpredictability, and inequity from day to day and client to client. We wanted to build something different.
